A core cask offering, available all year round, Schiehallion cask is a rare breed, a lager available on cask. Extremely refreshing, it pours with a crisp white head, luscious lacing and bursting with citrus aromas. The combination of wheat and lager malt leads to a long, lingering grapefruit finish. Our core range is available in 330ml bottles, with Schiehallion and Bitter & Twisted also being bottled in a larger 500ml size.

Ola Dubh, meaning ‘Black Oil’ in Gaelic, is craftily created by taking our Old Engine Oil and maturing it in Highland Park whisky casks. The process is far from simple, but the result is a beautiful brew with complimentary whisky notes and a chocolate, roasty and bittersweet aftertaste. All thanks to the labour of love of our master brewers.

Our core can range includes craft lagers, American style IPA, and a black, amber, golden and pale ale. All available in 330ml cans.
