We're hiring for a Marketing Manager!
At Harviestoun Brewery, our vision is simple – to produce some of the world’s best craft beers whilst nurturing our reputation as one of the UK’s craft brewing pioneers and innovators.
Location: At least 3 days per week in the Brewery – Alva, Nr Stirling
Function: Create and execute brand plans, run social media accounts/website & trade marketing.
Salary: £ Competitive / Pension / Health Care / Product Allowance.
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, mainly Monday – Friday though some evening & weekend hours may be required.

The Role:
Craft beer is one of the hottest places to be right now and this is an outstanding opportunity to join an award-winning brewery undergoing rapid expansion both nationally and internationally. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the new strategic brand direction for our beers and the brewery. Harviestoun is changing and our look, feel and communications need to move with this change too. The focus will be working with our chosen agency to have fun with our brand and you will have the freedom to express this in the social media and brand plans.
Come and love our beer and at the same time you will be;
· Working with the Joint MD’s and marketing agencies to build the brand plans for our loved beers.
· Creating the content and executing the social media plan, driving and managing the website delivering D2C sales.
· Working closely with the sales teams and key customers on trade marketing.
· Alongside the sales teams, develop an awards, PR, gifting and events strategy.
· Working with our 3rd party support company to manage and maintain our website.
· Updating any packaging changes.
Who we're looking for:
· Graduate marketing candidates with at least 3-4 years experience in the digital marketing world and ideally, some experience working in the premium drinks sector.
· We are a fast-paced business so you will need to be well organized, an efficient planner, have strong interpersonal skills and be highly motivated to get the job done! You will need to be able to flex your style in front of customers and adapt to their requirements.
· An interest and talent for photography would be most desirable, as you will be based at the brewery you must have an eye for the right story / photo at the right time!
· We need an analytical mind who can take the data we get and turn it into a scalable insight to drive the business forward.
· Strong IT skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Indesign and Photoshop. In addition to this, you'll be managing our website on the Shopify platform.
· Excellent budget management skills are a must, this role will report directly to one of the Joint MD’s.
· Full clean driving license
